- Create a projectA project is one site. Give it a domain, the market you sell into, the language you rank in, and the competitors you already know about.
- Add keywordsFrom the Keyword Magic Tool, from a list you paste in, or from what the domain already ranks for. Keywords belong to the project, not to a single tool.
- Track and actPosition Tracking checks them daily by device and location. History accumulates from the first run, so the second day already tells you something.
Projects
Everything is scoped to a project: keywords, tracked positions, competitors and reports. Projects are unlimited. Archiving a project keeps its history and stops its daily runs.
Market and language
A project carries one location and one language. The same keyword in two markets is two rows, tracked separately, because the results pages are different.
Competitors
Add the domains you already compete with. The tracker also surfaces domains that keep appearing in your tracked results — those are the competitors you did not know about.
Keyword research
The Keyword Magic Tool takes a seed term and returns the terms around it: broad matches, phrase matches, questions, and related topics. Every row carries volume, difficulty, cost per click and intent, so you can filter before you commit anything to tracking.
Keyword Overview is the single-keyword view: the twelve-month volume trend, the difficulty, and the results page as it stands today, with the authority and backlink profile of what is ranking.
Lists
Selections can be saved to a keyword list, tagged, exported as CSV, or sent to Position Tracking in one action.
Position tracking
A tracking configuration is a domain, a market, a device set and a keyword set. Runs happen daily; you can also run one on demand, and the estimate tells you what it costs before it starts.
- Landscape — visibility, estimated traffic, average position, and the wins and losses since the last run.
- Overview — every keyword with its position, its change, the URL that ranks, and the results-page features present.
- Rankings distribution — how many keywords sit in the top three, top ten, top twenty, and beyond, over time.
- Pages — the same data grouped by the URL that ranks, so you can see which page is doing the work.
- Cannibalization — keywords where more than one of your URLs is competing.
- Competitors discovery — domains that keep showing up in your tracked results.
- Devices and locations — desktop against mobile, market against market.
- Featured snippets — where a snippet exists, and whether you hold it.
Competitive analysis
Domain Overview works on any domain, not just yours: authority, organic keywords, estimated traffic and cost, the trend behind it, and the competitors that overlap. Organic Rankings is the full keyword table; Top Pages is the same data by URL.
These tools are query-driven — no project needed. Paste a domain and read it.
Backlinks
The profile view gives referring domains, total backlinks, and the links gained and lost over time. The tables underneath filter and sort server-side, so you can go from ten thousand rows to the twenty that matter.
Claude and the API
Every tool above is available over the API and to Claude, with the same authentication and the same JSON. See API details.
